I hired the hall for my daughters 8th birthday last week. The hall it self is very spacious and comes with tables and chairs. To hire the hall is very straight forward and the people are there to help if needed and are very polite and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. Good price as well.

We hired out the community room for our daughters 3rd birthday party and it was great. Carola made everything really easy and everything was really laid back. The space is really lovely with lots of light and everyone had a great time. The excellent coffee at the cafe always helps too!

A delicious lunch (chowder with fresh dill and creme fraiche, and some seedy toast on the side) in a very welcoming space

Really nice little place.. cakes were lovely! Outdoor seating area is great on a sunny day. Would recommend.

We hired one of the Lordship Hub's community rooms for my daughter's birthday party and it's perfect for this. Great access to the outdoor space. Reasonably priced hourly rate. Option to hire a sound system if needed. Staff are very helpful and responsive in organising the hire. Can't recommend enough.

I don't know about the rest of the community centre but I chanced by the Lordship Hub today, attracted by the delicious cooking smells, and was very impressed by the cafe. What's abundantly clear is that all of the food is fresh and home cooked. The main meal (dahl and salad) that I was hoping for had run out but I was encouraged to try their vegan toastie instead and it was excellent. Paired with some apple and cinnamon cake (perfectly moist) and a savoury pastry starter (kind of a mini-Cornish pasty) it all hit the spot very nicely. With the sun making a welcome appearance the Hub proved to be an excellent spot for lunch.

I had my two daughters birthday party there in October, I hired out the community hall for a chocolate making party. The hall was immaculately clean when we entered, and they sink, microwave and fridge facilities all at hand. There are enough table and chairs both for adults and children. The hall is quit spacious to fit up to 40 people and the outside space is very convenient to allow in a lot of fresh air. The staff were very helpful when booking and as well as helping during the party. This is the second time I have used the hall and would definitely use again.
